特殊鋼大圓坯連鑄機生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)

特殊鋼大圓坯連鑄機采用了達涅利設計制作建設的兩機兩流連鑄機核心設備技術(shù)，可生產(chǎn)?500mm～?1300mm大斷面連鑄圓坯，該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)應用了全流程保護澆注、中間包電磁感應加熱、自動(dòng)開(kāi)澆、渦流液面自動(dòng)控制、自動(dòng)加保護渣機器人、鑄流電攪、鑄坯加熱、激光定尺、自動(dòng)噴號機器人等國際領(lǐng)先技術(shù)，是集工藝先進(jìn)性和智能化為一體的世界一流連鑄生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。 

年設計產(chǎn)能30萬(wàn)噸，產(chǎn)品主要面向大型海洋風(fēng)電、大規格石油油服閥體等新能源領(lǐng)域，生產(chǎn)鋼種涵蓋風(fēng)電環(huán)件用鋼、高壓鍋爐管用鋼、油氣管坯用鋼、油氣鍛件用鋼、工程機械用鋼、工模具等高端制造用鋼、能源用鋼、工業(yè)用軸承等。

The special steel large round billet continuous caster is powered by the core equipment technology of a two-strand, two-flow continuous casting machine designed and constructed by Danieli, capable of producing large cross-section continuous-castround billets of ?600mm to ?1,300mm. The production line operates with world-class technologies such as full-process protected casting, electromagnetic induction heating in the tundish, automatic mold opening, eddy current level control, automatic slag protection robot, casting electromagnetic stirring, billet heating, laser length measurement, and automatic marking robot, making it a world-class continuous casting production line integrating advanced processes and intelligence.

With a designed annual capacity of 300,000 tons, the products primarily target the new energy field of large-scale offshore wind power, large-sized petroleum oilfield valve bodies, etc. The production of steel types includes steel for wind power components, high-pressure boiler tube steel, oil and gas pipe billet steel, oil and gas forging steel, engineering machinery steel, high-end manufacturing steel for tools and molds, energy steel, industrial bearings, etc.
