公司建設有3條PLC全智能中頻淬火、回火熱處理生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)，3條無(wú)心車(chē)削、倒角、矯直壓光銀亮材生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)，3條無(wú)心研磨銀亮材生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。目前公司年熱處理能力10萬(wàn)噸，車(chē)削加工能力10萬(wàn)噸，精磨鍍鉻加工能力5萬(wàn)噸，成品錨栓1萬(wàn)噸。

熱處理產(chǎn)品規格：?20-120mm、長(cháng)度 3500-160000mm；   銀亮材產(chǎn)品規格：?12-160mm、長(cháng)度 2500mm 以上；

磨光鍍鉻棒規格：?10-200mm、長(cháng)度不限；  圓盤(pán)鋸下料規格：?10-70mm、長(cháng)度不限；

交貨狀態(tài)：退火、正火、調質(zhì)熱處理、無(wú)心車(chē)削、矯直壓光、倒角、滾絲、無(wú)心磨、表面鍍鉻。
