公司鋼鐵主線(xiàn)為長(cháng)流程生產(chǎn)工藝，鐵、鋼、材和檢測裝備精良，工藝先進(jìn)，具備國際先進(jìn)水平，年生產(chǎn)能力500萬(wàn)噸，系國內品種多、規格全的優(yōu)特鋼棒、線(xiàn)材生產(chǎn)基地。產(chǎn)品包括優(yōu)特鋼棒、線(xiàn)材、建筑用鋼及精加工鋼材，其中優(yōu)特鋼比例為75%。優(yōu)特鋼產(chǎn)品主要有：軸承鋼、彈簧鋼、簾線(xiàn)鋼、冷鐓鋼、齒輪鋼、易切削鋼、非調質(zhì)鋼、合金結構鋼、碳素結構鋼、高強耐磨鋼、管坯鋼、錨鏈鋼及水平連鑄鑄鐵型材等；建筑用鋼產(chǎn)品有：螺紋鋼、光圓鋼筋、PC鋼棒用鋼、高速線(xiàn)材等；深加工鋼材有：精線(xiàn)、熱處理棒、線(xiàn)材、銀亮材、緊固件等。廣泛應用于汽車(chē)、工程機械、風(fēng)力發(fā)電、石油化工、海洋工程、鐵路及軌道交通等行業(yè)。成為卡特彼勒、舍弗勒、戴姆勒、博世、美國車(chē)橋、美馳、日立安斯泰莫、恩斯克、上汽通用、中國一汽、東風(fēng)汽車(chē)、中國重汽、陜汽、比亞迪、長(cháng)城、長(cháng)安、宇通、三一重工、徐工、慕貝爾、中國彈簧等知名企業(yè)的原材料供應商。

Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., founded in 1958, is a key large-scale steel enterprise in China. It is a national high-tech enterprise, listed in the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises, Top 100 Chinese Private Enterprises, Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises, and Top 100 Global Iron and Steel Enterprises. The company is a standing director unit of China Iron and Steel Association, as well as a vice president unit of Special Steel Enterprises Association of Chinaand Metallurgical Enterprises Branch of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Located in Jiyuan City, Henan Province, with convenient transportation, the company is connected to a dedicated railway line and the Jiaozhi Railway line. Atpresent, there are 8,000 employees, including 3,000 professional and technical personnel, and total assets amounting to CNY 25 billion.

The company’s main steel production line adopts long-process production technology, with excellent iron, steel, materials, and testing equipment. The process is advanced, reaching international standards, with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. It is a production base for a wide variety and full range of high-quality steel bars and wire rods in China. Products include high-quality steel bars, wire rods, construction steel, and precision processed steel, with high-quality steel accounting for 75% of the total. High-quality steel products mainly consist of bearing steel, spring steel, tyre cord steel, cold heading steel, gear steel, free-cutting steel, non-quenched steel, alloyed structural steel, carbon structural steel, high-strength wear-resistant steel, tube blank steel, anchor chain steel, and horizontal continuous casting ductile iron profiles. Construction steel products include rebars, plain round bars, steel for PC steel bars, and high-speed wire rods. Processed steel products include fine wire, heat treatment bars, wire rods, bright steel and fasteners. These products have been widely used in industries such as automobiles, engineering machinery, wind power generation, petrochemicals, marine engineering, railways, and rail transportation. The company has become a raw material supplier to well-known enterprises such as Caterpillar, Schaeffler, Daimler, Bosch, AAM, Meritor, Hitachi Astemo, Ltd., NSK, SAIC-GM, FAW Group, Dongfeng Motor, SINOTRUK, Shaanxi Automobile, BYD, GWM, Changan, Yutong, SANY, XCMG, Mubea, and China Spring.

The company has a provincial-level technology center, a nationally accredited laboratory, a postdoctoral R&D base, Henan Engineering Steel Engineering Technology Research Center for Engineering Machinery, Henan Special Steel Materials Research Institute (Henan Special Steel Materials Innovation Center). It has passed ISO9001, GB/T28001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 system certifications. It has obtained certifications such as the Weapon Equipment Quality Management System Certification, China Classification Society Certificate of Works Approval, and Bearing Steel Production License.
